About Neurogentis

## Our Founding Tribe.

Neurogentis began as a tribe of two. We [M] and [Alan] brought together our diverse backgrounds in [organizational psychology] and [behavioral neuroscience] with a shared belief: that the world’s most complex problems could be solved by better understanding the intersection of individual minds (Neuro) and group dynamics (Gentis).

We live by the principles we teach, and our partnership is the foundation of the work we do. We’re passionate about helping other tribes—in the office, at home, and in the lab—reach their full potential.

### Our Vision

While we currently operate as a consultancy and educational content producer, our long-term vision is to grow Neurogentis and its portfolio of products into a think-tank dedicated to advancing the understanding of the mind and fostering a more collaborative, neurodiverse world.
